We will ask you to put a credit card on file, but we will NOT charge you until after your service. We may have to charge you for any no-show or late cancellations. Please read more in Service Cancellation Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

• We DO NOT perform Prenatal massages to women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant.
• If you are a pregnant woman, you are only allowed to do Mama Radiance facial.
• If you own a Swedish or Deep Tissue package, please call us to book an appointment.
• Please DO NOT get a body treatment if you are:
  • Pregnant
  • Recent surgery, cosmetic procedure, injections, laser treatment, or body contouring procedure in the treatment area
  • Blood clots, history of deep vein thrombosis, or unexplained leg swelling
  • Serious heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart failure, kidney disease, liver disease, or recent stroke
  • Cancer, chemotherapy, radiation treatment, or active medical treatment unless cleared by a doctor
  • Uncontrolled diabetes, neuropathy, reduced sensation, or poor circulation
